Support Survivors

Help Those Affected by Sexual Abuse

Behind every case on this site is a real victim. These two charities provide vital support to survivors across the UK and work tirelessly to prevent abuse from happening in the first place. Your donation makes a difference.

Why we support these organisations

This website exists to inform the public about convicted and sentenced sex offenders. But awareness alone is not enough. Survivors of sexual abuse deserve ongoing support, and preventing further abuse requires specialist intervention well before any crime takes place.

We have chosen to highlight two of the UK's leading charities in this space — both are independent, registered charities doing extraordinary work. We have no financial relationship with either organisation; we simply believe in what they do.

If you are able to donate, volunteer, or simply spread the word, please do. Every contribution helps.

Lucy Faithfull Foundation

lucyfaithfull.org.uk

The Lucy Faithfull Foundation is the UK's only charity working solely to prevent child sexual abuse. They work with those who are worried about their own thoughts or behaviour, as well as with families and professionals, to stop abuse before it happens.

What they do

  • Run the Stop It Now helpline for people concerned about their own or others' behaviour
  • Support families of those who have offended or are at risk of offending
  • Deliver specialist programmes in prisons and the community
  • Train professionals to identify and respond to warning signs

Stop It Now helpline: 0808 1000 900 (free, confidential)

Rape Crisis England & Wales

rapecrisis.org.uk

Rape Crisis England & Wales is the national charity and membership body for specialist rape crisis services. They support women and girls who have experienced any form of sexual violence, at any time in their lives.

What they do

  • Run a free national helpline for survivors, open every day of the year
  • Fund and support a network of Rape Crisis Centres across England and Wales
  • Provide counselling, independent advocacy, and specialist support
