Oluwadamilola Erogbogbo, 23, from Camden, London, was sentenced to 15 months in prison at Cambridge Crown Court after a jury found him guilty of sexual assault, though he was cleared of attempted rape.

The assault occurred in the victim's college room. Judge David Farrell QC stated during sentencing: 'Those who seek to take advantage of young women are totally unacceptable.' Erogbogbo was also issued a restraining order prohibiting contact with the victim, including via social media, and is expected to serve half his sentence in custody.
