Full Description

Lakhvir Bring assaulted an 11-year-old girl by taking her into a cupboard at a party and touching her all over over her clothes. The incident was halted when the girl's brother opened the door. In her victim impact statement, the girl expressed that she can no longer trust men and struggles to hug her family.

Bring was convicted of sexual assault of a child under 13. In June 2021, he was jailed for 12 months. Bedfordshire Police investigated the incident, which occurred in a social setting, highlighting vulnerabilities in such environments.

The conviction aimed to provide some justice and support for the young victim's recovery.
