Oliver Carroll

At York Magistrates' Court, Oliver Carroll, a 29-year-old resident of Heather Bank, Osbaldwick, faced charges related to a public indecency offence. Carroll denied the allegation of exposing himself in Abbotsway, York, but following a trial, he was found guilty by the court.
