Benjamin Csaki admitted to downloading and possessing multiple indecent images of children, including one Category A image, one Category B image, and five Category C images, along with seven additional indecent still images and videos.

Full Description

A 22-year-old man from Great Sutton, Wirral, has pleaded guilty to serious offences involving the making and possession of indecent images of children at Chester Magistrates Court.

Benjamin Csaki, residing on Drummond Avenue, appeared in court on Thursday, March 27, where he admitted to three counts of making indecent photographs of children. Specifically, he confessed to creating one Category A indecent image, which represents the most severe classification, one Category B image, and five Category C images. In addition, Csaki pleaded guilty to possessing seven indecent still images and videos depicting children. All these offences occurred in May 2025, as detailed in the court proceedings reported by the Wirral Globe.

The court heard that the images involved children, highlighting the gravity of the charges under UK law concerning child sexual exploitation. Following his guilty pleas, Csaki was remanded on unconditional bail. He is scheduled to return to Chester Magistrates Court for sentencing on April 28, 2026. In the interim, he has been required to register with the police as a sex offender until the case is fully resolved.

This case underscores ongoing efforts by authorities in the Wirral area to combat the distribution and possession of child abuse material online. No further details on the investigation were provided in the court summary, but the pleas indicate a clear admission of culpability by the defendant.
