Full Description

Muhammad Sheikhi, a 23-year-old man, was convicted of sexually assaulting two women in separate incidents in Falkirk during the early hours of Sunday, 30 November 2025.

The first assault occurred around 2am on Kerse Road, where Sheikhi sexually assaulted a lone woman. Approximately one and a half hours later, at around 3.30am, he carried out a second sexual assault on another woman on Bellsmeadow Road.

Following a police investigation by officers from Forth Valley CID, Sheikhi was arrested and subsequently found guilty of sexual assault after a trial at Stirling Sheriff Court on Friday, 29 May 2026. He is due to be sentenced at a later date.

Detective Chief Inspector Scott Roxburgh, of Forth Valley CID, stated: “Sheikhi will now face the consequences of his despicable actions, and I hope this brings comfort to the two women.”
