Adam Such, a 21-year-old resident of Prislow Fields in Falmouth, Cornwall, has been sentenced to over 11 years in prison for a series of grave sexual offences against a child. The offences occurred in May 2021. On May 28, 2021, Such, who was over 18 at the time, engaged in penetrative sexual activity with a girl under 13, constituting rape of a child under 13. He was also charged with sexual assault of a child under 13 on the same date. Additionally, Such was involved in the sexual exploitation of a child under 13 through pornography on May 9, 2021. Between April 29, 2021, and May 28, 2021, he pleaded guilty to three counts of possessing indecent photographs or pseudo-photographs of children, committed at Exeter.

In addition to imprisonment, Such was made subject to a sexual harm prevention order indefinitely and required to sign the sex offenders' register. He was also ordered to pay a victim surcharge.
