Kevin Brett, 65, of Beyton Road in Thurston, Suffolk, was sentenced to 12 years in prison at Ipswich Crown Court after being convicted of multiple child sex offences.

In March, Brett was found guilty following a trial of three counts of inciting a girl under 13 in sexual activity, one count of assault of a girl under 13 by touching, three counts of engaging in non-penetrative sexual activity with a child, and one count of voyeurism.

He appeared again at Ipswich Crown Court for sentencing, where he received a total of 12 years' imprisonment. Brett was also made subject to a restraining order and a sexual harm prevention order.

The case was prosecuted by Suffolk Police. The offences involved a child and included both sexual activity and voyeurism.
