Taliesen Mills, aged 30 from Whites Rise, Irthlingborough, appeared before Northamptonshire Magistrates' Court for breaching conditions imposed on him as a relevant sexual offender. Mills was subject to a notification order and a sexual harm prevention order issued by Aylesbury Crown Court on 24 August 2018, which prohibited him from having contact with individuals under the age of 16 without reasonable excuse.

The breaches occurred on two separate occasions. On 2 August 2025 in Northampton, Mills failed to comply with the notification requirements by not informing his offender manager of a change in address within the mandatory three-day period. Additionally, on 1 January 2024 in Brackley, he had unauthorised contact with people under 16 years old, directly violating the terms of his sexual harm prevention order.

Mills pleaded guilty to both charges. The court imposed a sentence of seven days in prison, suspended for 12 months, along with a requirement to complete 30 hours of unpaid work. He was also ordered to pay a £187 victim surcharge.
