During the hearing, Hamilton indicated a not guilty plea. The prosecutor, Keith Ballinger, emphasised the inextricable links between all defendants' cases. He was granted bail by Magistrate Martin Clarke, subject to no contact with Ms Young and notification of any address changes to police.
