Offence Summary

Jordan Donely Wint was invited by Daryl German to his flat after the initial rape of a 14-year-old girl and participated in further sexual assaults by penetration and rape against her, despite knowing she was a missing child.

Full Description

The case involved a 14-year-old girl who was raped and sexually assaulted in multiple locations in south-east London in June 2025. Following an initial assault by Daryl German at his flat in Lewisham, he invited Jordan Donely Wint, aged 31, from Winterstoke Road, Lewisham, to join. Wint arrived and, along with German, became aware that the victim was a missing child but chose not to alert authorities.

At the flat, Wint participated in assaulting the girl by penetration and raping her. The incident was part of a broader exploitation where the victim was later taken to another associate's address for further abuse. The Metropolitan Police launched a rapid investigation after the report on 27 June 2025, using CCTV, digital evidence, and forensics to build the case.

Wint was arrested in early July 2025 and charged the same day. In January 2026, he was convicted at Woolwich Crown Court of one count of rape and one count of assault by penetration. On 10 April 2026, he was sentenced to six years' imprisonment and placed on the sex offenders register for life.

This prosecution was one of three men convicted in the case, contributing to the Metropolitan Police's increased success rate in charging rape cases, as noted in their efforts to support victims and utilise advanced investigative tools.

The dedicated investigation team uncovered evidence which proved the harmful actions all three individuals played throughout the attack, securing their removal from London’s streets.
