Offence Summary

Joseph Noye was involved in the horrific rape and sexual abuse of a vulnerable woman in Redhill over several days.

Full Description

Joseph Noye, alongside Charlie Jones and James Wilson, was jailed as part of a 40-year total sentence for gang raping and sexually abusing a vulnerable woman in Redhill. The offences, committed over multiple days, were deemed by the judge to border on the perverted.

The investigation by Surrey Police followed the victim's disclosure of the sustained abuse. The three men were charged and their trial revealed the extent of the coordinated attacks, which left the victim deeply traumatised.

In January 2016, at Guildford Crown Court, the sentences were handed down, reflecting the gravity of the sexual offences. The court's remarks highlighted the predatory and depraved conduct, serving as a stark reminder of the dangers faced by vulnerable individuals in society.
