Callum Difiori

Callum Difiori, a 26-year-old man from Eccleshill in Bradford, was sentenced to seven years in prison after being found guilty of serious sexual offences against two women. The case, which came to trial at Bradford Crown Court, highlighted the bravery of the victims in reporting the abuse and pursuing justice through the criminal justice system.

Difiori, residing on Institute Road, was convicted on three counts of rape and one count of assault by penetration. The trial took place last September, with the sentencing occurring on Friday, February 7, 2025. Detective Constable Louise Clayton from the Bradford District Safeguarding Unit of West Yorkshire Police commended the victims' courage. They have shown courage and strength throughout the criminal justice process and I hope they can now start to move forward with their lives knowing that Difiori is behind bars.' Clayton also emphasised the police's commitment to supporting victims, noting: 'We are committed to bringing offenders to justice so we can help create an environment where women and girls can feel safe. We have specially-trained officers who will help and support you throughout the process as we continue to pursue perpetrators of these crimes.'
