Ramon Munoz

A 55-year-old man from Colnbrook has been sentenced to two years behind bars following convictions for voyeurism, outraging public decency, and neglect of a vulnerable person. Ramon Munoz, residing on Mill Lane in Colnbrook, faced a total of 13 charges during a three-week trial at Reading Crown Court.

The jury acquitted Munoz of six charges of rape, one charge of sexual assault, two charges of administering a substance with intent, and one charge of voyeurism. However, he was found guilty on three counts: ill-treating or neglecting a vulnerable person, outraging public decency, and voyeurism. These offences involved inappropriate and voyeuristic behaviour towards vulnerable individuals, leading to his classification as a sex offender.

Sentencing took place on 20 March 2015. Munoz received 21 months' imprisonment for the neglect charge and three months for outraging public decency, to be served consecutively. An additional 18 months for voyeurism was ordered to run concurrently, resulting in a total of 24 months in custody. He will also be required to remain on the sex offenders’ register for five years.
