Vivendra Ashafi Lal, a 46-year-old registered sex offender from Eastleigh, sparked a manhunt after driving around Hampshire towns exposing himself to women, committing indecent exposure offences.

The incidents occurred in 2021, leading to his recapture and conviction on 22 April 2021, as per UK Sex Offenders Database reference O-0203.

Lal's prior status as a sex offender intensified the police response. The exposure acts were deemed sexual offences, resulting in further sentencing.
