The most horrific aspect involved entering a child's bedroom, placing his finger in the boy's mouth, and capturing indecent images while the victim slept.

Essex Police investigation revealed Challis's creation and sharing of abuse material, exploiting the vulnerability of a sleeping child. The offence demonstrated a calculated breach of trust and safety within a domestic setting.
