A 61-year-old man from Harlech, Gwynedd, has admitted to serious child sexual offences involving the creation of a vast collection of indecent material. Andrew Bowlzer, residing at 3 Islwyn, Moreia Terrace, Tryfar, appeared before Caernarfon Magistrates’ Court on 8 January 2026, where he pleaded guilty to making a total of 13,544 indecent images and videos of children. The offences occurred in Harlech between 8 December 2018 and 25 October 2023.
