Milton White, 59, from Peckham in south London, was sentenced to eight months in prison for deliberately breaching a sexual offence prevention order. This followed his earlier conviction for a rape committed in May 1990, when he broke into a 60-year-old woman's home in Haringey and attacked her. Justice was delayed until 2012, when DNA evidence led to his conviction; by then, the victim had passed away six years prior. He was originally jailed for 12 years for the rape.

After his release, White violated the prevention order on June 12, 2025, by entering another person's home in Southwark without consent. Court documents confirmed the deliberate nature of the breach, prompting his recall to prison.
