Full Description

Driss Serhir, 23, of no fixed abode, was convicted of child rape. Although the primary crime occurred outside Buckinghamshire, investigations revealed his contacts with girls aged 10 to 15 in Buckinghamshire and surrounding areas like Greater London, Cambridgeshire, Hertfordshire, Bedfordshire, Surrey, and the West Midlands, using aliases.

Thames Valley Police traced Serhir's movements and communications, uncovering a network of grooming. On 19 July 2022, he was sentenced to nine years per count of rape, served concurrently, plus a 15-year Sexual Harm Prevention Order at Aylesbury Crown Court.

The Bucks Free Press included this in their list of Buckinghamshire-linked sex offenders since 2020, due to the regional connections. Police described Serhir as a 'serial predator,' with the sentence aimed at halting his activities across borders.
